Retreats are planned for the fall of 2021! In September, teens can Step up their school year and learn tools and disciplines to better handle their own stress. A 3-day transformational retreat is geared up for September as well...open to men and women getting back to their pre-pandemic hopes and desires. Our November retreat is geared toward women who are going through very transitional periods in their lives. This could mean a divorce, a career change, or even finding yourself as an empty nester.
In order to accommodate our retreat participants, we have partnered with a local hotel only 1.5 miles down the road. Transportation to and from the retreat space is provided each day...arrive a day ahead if you'd like and stay in Scottsdale after the retreat!
Delicious health-conscious meals created from one of the best chefs in Scottsdale; vegan, vegetarian and
gluten-free will be offered. Snacks, tea, coffee and water will also be provided throughout the weekend. A very special Surprise Your Senses dinner will be held on one evening!
After the retreat is over, take advantage of the coaching program and all the experts at the Retreat Center for ongoing sessions. Monthly women's meetings are also held for free in Scottsdale and we encourage you to join us!

Growing up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, we always had a sauna at our house or the cabin. It's common to go back and forth from sauna to lake or even snowbank to sauna and feel the therapeutic benefits! One of my favorite daily activities, Red Light therapy is becoming more and more popular. Our Joovv light offers red and infrared light to penetrate your skin. Many athletes and celebrities boast of their increased energy with regular red light use.
Exclusive class benefiting your body, mind, and soul utilizing breath work, classical Pilates, and a relaxing meditation. Maybe you haven't made meditation and breath work a part of your own therapy yet... We encourage everyone to join us in during this Saturday morning session. These calming activities will prepare you for the day!

slack line, go for a nearby hike, use the Peloton, try out the aerial yoga silk, hang out in the swing under the tree and read a book, or go for a swim in the pool followed by a nice relaxing jacuzzi!
